Caprese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups baby heirloom tomatoes
- 3 slices fresh mozzarella
- 2 basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and slice 2 cups of baby heirloom tomatoes.
- Toss them in 100 percent extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cut and add three slices of fresh mozzarella.
- Cut and add two large fresh basil leaves.
- Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
