Pre-Holiday Book Sale

Get ready for the holidays at Library Shop on Main. Like-new, regiftable books start at a dollar or two. Holiday craft books and cookbooks abound for decorators and bakers. Buy specially marked books for half price, November 4-6 only. First Night buttons are available here too! The Shop offers thousands of gently used books, DVDs, CDs, audio books and magazines—plus plus unique gifts, greeting cards and Akron postcards. Purchases help support your Public Library in downtown Akron. The Shop is operated by nonprofit Friends of the Main Library. Volunteer opportunities are available. Hours: Mon-Thurs 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Fri-Sat 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Sun. 1-4 p.m. Closed for the holiday, November 27-30. Located in Akron-Summit County Public Library, 60 S.
